Service contracts are offered in monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual options so you can choose the one that works best for your property and budget.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts include 2 visits per year

Available in:

1 year: $139 Total $139

2 year: $132 per year Total $264

3 year: $125 per year Total $375

Additional units add $83 each per year

Precision Tune up Procedures included:

  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Check compressor operating pressures
  • Check all electrical connections
  • Check Amp draw on motors and compressor
  • Test starting capabilities
  • Test safety controls
  • Clean and/or replace air filters(extra charge for filters unless client supplies)
  • Lubricate all moving parts if needed
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Clean condensate drains
  • Check evaporator coils (actual cleaning of this coil is an extra charge)
  • Inspect run capacitors and other components
  • Clean and adjust burner assembly
  • Clean ignition assembly
  • Clean heat exchanger or elements
  • Inspect and seal ducting attached to unit
  • Check temperature splits
  • Apply protective coating to outside unit
